About

A Founding Partner of Archetype Design, Brooks has over nine years of Architectural design experience. He received a Master of Architecture degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design and is a Registered Architect. Brooks has designed projects for notable developers such as the Trammell Crow Company, Hines, and the Novare Group. His project experience includes hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family residential, office, retail, and educational facilities. Notable projects include The Atlantic at Atlantic Station in Atlanta, GA, The Oaks student housing at Elon University in NC, and the Hilton Hotel Redesign in Chennai, India. Brooks has served as the Project Designer on over 50 Bank of America branch banks in seven states.
