George Highlands College
Archetype Design is pleased to announce that we are working with the Georgia Highlands College to provide design services and construction documents for the Floyd Campus Library renovation. The Library is a 26,000 SF building located in Rome, Georgia. Renovations are to include new interior finishes, accessibility retrofits, phased additions and new energy efficient lighting. We are happy to again work with the staff at Georgia Highlands College and expect great things for their newly renovated space in the near future. This is the second project we’ve undertaken with GHC and we appreciate their confidence in us and the opportunity to further the educational environment at their Rome campus.

Kaufman Residence
The Kaufman Residence has been fully designed and a set has been issued for permit in the great state of Oregon. The craftsman-style inspired home is nestled into the topography of the quaint Pacific coast village of Manzanita and will have great views of both the coast and mountain range in the background. The team at Archetype would like to thank our wonderful clients for a great experience designing their home- we all had a wonderful time customizing a unique and site-specific home which will be fantastic when completed later this year.

Grand Opening of Snap Fitness in Brickworks
Snap Fitness is a 24 hour fitness center with state-of the-art equipment and a relaxed atmosphere. Archetype Design, LLC worked with the owner to design a comfortable interior environment which still asserts its gym roots. Exposed brick, metalwork and wall pads were used to create a uniquely contemporary workout space. Cox Schepp Construction, Inc. served as the Contractor on the project and performed the work quickly and to a great degree of success. You can find the Archetype Design staff sweating on the treadmills far too infrequently but when they do- (panting and wheezing) what a workout!
